Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of www.juxing-plastic.com and, unless a signed supply contract, quality agreement, or purchase order says otherwise, inquiries and orders placed with Jiangyin Juxing Plastics Co., Ltd. (“Juxing Plastics”, “Seller”, “we”).
If a written contract, framework agreement, or buyer PO terms are negotiated and signed, those documents control over this page for that program. This page is the default for website use, RFQs, samples, and orders that do not attach other terms.

Who may use this site
The site is intended for business customers (OEM/ODM/CMT buyers, engineers, and auditors). You represent that you have authority to inquire on behalf of your company. We may refuse or cancel an inquiry that is abusive, unlawful, or clearly not a genuine manufacturing request.
Website content
Capacity figures, equipment lists, certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, REACH), photos, and typical specifications on this site are for general introduction. They are not a warranty that a specific part will meet your drawing until we issue a written quotation and you approve a first article. We may update site content without notice. Typographical errors may be corrected.
Customer brand names (for example Electrolux, LG, Midea, TCL) appear only to describe supply-chain experience. They do not imply endorsement or that those brands sponsor this site.
RFQs, drawings, and confidentiality
When you submit an RFQ or CAD file you grant us a limited right to use that material solely to evaluate manufacturability, quote, tool, sample, and — if you order — produce the parts. We treat customer drawings as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
You warrant that you have the right to send the files and that production will not infringe a third party’s IP. If a third party claims infringement arising from your design, you will defend and indemnify Juxing Plastics, except to the extent the claim is caused by a process we chose without your approval.
Do not upload malware or files unrelated to a quote. We may delete files that pose a security risk.
Quotations and orders
- Quotes are invitations to treat unless stated as a firm offer with an expiry date. Prices are typically EXW Jiangyin or as stated (Incoterms® 2020).
- A contract is formed when we issue a written order confirmation (or proforma) and you accept it, or when we start tooling or production against your PO and our confirmation.
- Tooling, dies, and screens are quoted separately unless the quote says “amortized.” Ownership of tools is as stated on the quote (customer-owned, seller-owned, or shared). Customer-owned tools are used only for that customer’s parts while accounts are current.
- First-article / golden-sample approval is required before mass production unless we both waive it in writing. Mass-run tolerances follow the approved sample and the drawing revision on the PO.
Price, payment, and taxes
Prices exclude VAT, customs, and destination duties unless stated. Payment terms are as on the proforma (commonly deposit + balance before shipment for new accounts). Late sums may accrue interest at the rate allowed by applicable law. We may suspend tooling or shipment if payment is overdue.
Title to goods passes when we have received full payment for those goods. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.
Lead time, packing, and delivery
Lead times on quotes are estimates from drawing freeze and deposit. They may move if you change the revision, if raw resin or glass supply is constrained, or if first-article comments arrive late. Packing is export-standard (for example moisture-protected profile bundles or wooden crates for glass doors) unless you specify otherwise. Claims for transit damage must be noted on the carrier POD and sent to us with photos within the period stated on the confirmation (or 7 days if none is stated).
Quality and limited warranty
We manufacture under ISO 9001 quality management and, where specified, supply RoHS / REACH declarations for the agreed bill of materials. Warranty, if any, is limited to materials and workmanship conforming to the approved drawing and first article for a period stated on the quote (if silent, 12 months from shipment for hidden defects, and visual defects must be claimed on incoming inspection).
Remedies are, at our option, repair, replacement, or credit of the defective lot. We are not liable for installation error, unauthorized rework, use outside the stated temperature or chemical environment, or for consequential loss (lost production, line-down, or lost profits) except where law forbids that limit. Our total liability for a shipment is capped at the amount you paid us for that shipment, except for fraud, personal injury, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Tooling and intellectual property
Our standard dies, compounds, process know-how, and site content remain ours. Your product design, logos, and customer-owned tools remain yours. We will not sell your unique section or IMD artwork to another customer. We may use generic process photos and non-confidential capability descriptions on this site.
Export compliance
You are responsible for import licenses and for telling us if the parts have a restricted end use. We do not accept orders we reasonably believe violate applicable export or sanctions rules.
Acceptable use of the website
You may not scrape the site in a way that overloads the server, post unlawful content, impersonate another company, or attempt to access non-public systems. All site text, photos, and marks are owned by Juxing Plastics or their licensors. You may link to public pages; you may not copy the catalog wholesale.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you submit an RFQ or when we confirm an order applies to that RFQ or order, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and orders under them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded unless we both agree in writing to apply it. Courts or a CIETAC (or other agreed) arbitration seat in Jiangsu / Shanghai may be specified on the order confirmation. Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim relief to protect tooling or confidential drawings.
