This Privacy Policy explains how Jiangyin Juxing Plastics Co., Ltd. (“Juxing Plastics”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit www.juxing-plastic.com, submit an RFQ, email us, or call our sales desk.
We are an OEM/ODM manufacturer of plastic extrusion profiles, magnetic refrigerator gaskets, IMD/IML control panels, and insulated glass door assemblies. We do not sell consumer products through a checkout cart on this site. This policy is written for business contacts (engineers, buyers, and factory auditors), not for end-consumer retail accounts.

Information you give us
- Identity and work details: name, company, job title, country, phone / WhatsApp, email.
- RFQ and project data: product category, estimated annual volume, drawings (STEP, DWG, PDF), specifications, and message text.
- Correspondence: emails, call notes, audit requests, and NDA discussions.
Please do not send national ID numbers, bank-card PAN data, or unrelated personal files in an RFQ. Send only what is needed to quote the part.
Information collected automatically
- Log and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar tools used for site operation, language, and basic analytics (see Cookies below).
Information from others
We may receive your business contact from a trade show, a shared customer, a logistics partner, or a publicly listed company directory when you have asked them to introduce us.
How we use information
We use personal information only for:
- Responding to RFQs, CAD/DFM reviews, sample and tooling discussions, and factory-audit requests.
- Performing or preparing a contract (quotation, purchase order, NDA, quality agreement).
- Operating, securing, and improving this website.
- Complying with export, tax, accounting, and product-compliance duties (including ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 records, RoHS and REACH documentation).
- Sending project-related follow-up. We do not buy or sell marketing lists. If we ever send a newsletter, you can opt out in that email.
Legal bases (where GDPR or similar rules apply): performance of a contract or steps before a contract; legitimate interests in running a B2B manufacturing site; consent where required for non-essential cookies; and legal obligation.
Where China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) applies, we process business-contact data as needed to respond to your inquiry and to perform a contract, and we implement security measures appropriate to a manufacturing exporter.
Drawings, CAD files, and confidentiality
Technical files you upload or email are treated as confidential business information. We use them only to review manufacturability, quote, tool, and produce the related parts, and to meet quality traceability. We do not use your drawings to solicit your competitors.
We execute NDAs on request and expect the same from our process partners. Access to customer CAD is limited to engineering, quality, and program staff who need it. We still recommend watermarking files and sending only the revision needed for the RFQ.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Our employees and affiliated production staff at the Jiangyin facility.
- IT, email, and website hosts that process data on our instructions.
- Freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and insurers when an order ships.
- Professional advisers (legal, audit, certification bodies) under confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law.
If a processor is outside your country, transfers are limited to what the inquiry or order requires. Ask us if you need a list of current subprocessors for a formal vendor assessment.
Retention
- RFQ and unsuccessful quotes: typically kept for up to 3 years for follow-up and dispute prevention, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer legal hold applies.
- Contracts, invoices, tooling, and quality records: kept for the statutory accounting and product-liability period in China and, where relevant, the destination market.
- Website logs: a shorter operational period unless needed for security.
Security
We use access control, business-email practices, and restricted folders for customer drawings. No website or email system is risk-free. Do not send passwords or unrestricted source files through an unencrypted public form if your security policy forbids it — ask for a secure channel or NDA first.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Business contacts in the EEA/UK may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We may retain data we must keep for contracts, tax, or product safety even if you ask us to stop marketing contact.
Children
This site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
