Custom PVC profiles and co-extruded compounds for door lines
This line is made-to-die PVC, not a bin of window offcuts. We extrude rigid and flexible profiles — and we mix the co-extruded pellets that feed those dies — for commercial cooler doors, smart vending leaves, wine and specialty cabinets, and other OEM frames. A typical part is a hard PVC body with a soft lip, a gasket bulb, or a steel-magnet channel, all coming off the line as one stick. You send a cross-section or a sample metre. We cut a die, run a first article, then lock color and hardness for the production lot.
Buyers searching for custom PVC door profiles, co-extruded gasket stock, or OEM PVC compounds use this category when the glass and hardware are already specified and the plastic is the seal and the thermal break. It sits next to our insulated door assemblies and gaskets and hinges. Order profiles here if you hang doors in-house. Order a full leaf if you want glass, frame, and gasket on one PO.
What co-extrusion actually is on a cooler door
Co-extrusion pushes two (or more) PVC melts through one die so a rigid spine and a soft seal leave the calibrator already bonded. That bond is the product. A glued-on gasket can peel in cold and ozone; a co-ex lip is the same part as the frame. We also run magnetic gasket profiles: a flexible PVC carrier with a slot or pocket for the magnet strip, durometer set so the door closes without slamming the IGU. See coextrusion and polyvinyl chloride — cabinet work is uPVC or plasticized PVC, not pressure pipe and not toy vinyl.
Pellets / compounds. “共挤颗粒加工” is the upstream mix: rigid uPVC, soft PVC, color masterbatch, UV and impact modifiers, and optional recycled content. We can supply pellets to your extruder or run them only on our line so the profile and the recipe stay one responsibility. Hardness, gloss, and low-temperature flexibility are written on the first-article report, not guessed from a RAL chip.
Custom production — what we freeze on the PO
Section. DXF of the profile, or a 300 mm sample to reverse-cut. Wall thickness, hollow chambers, gasket bulb, magnet pocket, and screw ports must be on that file. We will not “make it look like the photo.”
Material. Rigid, soft, or dual-durometer; indoor commercial vs UV-stable; cooler (0–8 °C) vs freezer vs ambient; color (white, black, grey, or matched); RoHS / REACH and any food-adjacent note if the lip can touch packaging.
Delivery form. Straight bars cut to door length, coils for gasket, punched drain or hinge holes, taped magnet already inserted. Tolerance class for door lines (twist, bow, cut length) is stated on the GA, not “as extruded.”
Process. Section check → die (new or insert) → compound trial → first-article sticks → your hang and close test on a live door → production. Die cost and MOQ follow the section. Color and hardness changes after the die is steel are compound changes, not free extras.
Where the profiles go
Cooler and freezer door frames, vending-machine leaves, wine and cigar cabinet stops, magnetic gaskets, glazing beads, thermal-break covers, and bumper or drip profiles on the same cabinets. Indoor commercial is default. Outdoor or sun-facing machines need the UV package named on the RFQ.

Send the section DXF or a sample stick, color target, cooler vs freezer, annual metres, and whether you need pellets or finished profile to the extrusion desk. We will reply with a die plan, a compound note, and a first-article date.
How to write the custom PO
State: custom co-extruded PVC profile (and/or pellets); section file name; rigid/soft hardness; color; cut length or coil; cooler/freezer; quantity in metres. Attach the DXF. Do not write only the category name. Do not send a window-profile photo and expect a cooler-gasket die.
Questions OEM buyers ask
New die or can you run our existing section?
If you have a die we can often match the section on our line after a trial. If you only have a stick, we reverse-cut an insert or a full die. First-article metres are paid either way.
Profiles and pellets on one order?
Yes. Many customers lock the compound with us and take either sticks or bags of pellets for a second plant. The recipe stays the same lot code.
Will a window PVC work on a 2 °C door?
Usually not. Cooler and freezer lips need a different plasticizer and gasket geometry. Say the setpoint; we pick the compound.
Can you insert the magnet?
Yes, on magnetic gasket profiles. Specify magnet grade and polarity if the strike plate is already tooled.
Sample path?
Die trial → first-article bars → your hang, close, and cold-box test → production. Color-critical jobs need a signed chip before the lot runs.
