Rapid Prototyping & Sampling
First Article Inspection (FAI) samples are extruded, cut, and assembled. Physical samples are dispatched for your functional and dimensional verification.
Sample Testing & Approval
Clients test the samples for magnetic force, seal tighteness, environmental resistance, and surface finish. Tweaks are made until 100% satisfaction.
Automated Mass Production
Once approved, 180+ twin-screw extrusion lines and automated cleanroom printing lines kick off full-scale production under strict ISO 9001 protocols.
QC Inspection & Global Logistics
